Today's Fab Tip:
"If your eyeliner tends to smudge easily, it could be because your lids are oily (which means that while you might have a hard time keeping your eyeliner on, your eyes will stay younger-looking longer!). Sweep some light-colored eye shadow or powder across your lids for a drier surface before you apply liner."
-- Taken from Lauren Conrad Beauty by Lauren Conrad, page 95.
Keep this in mind if you have super oily skin like me. Even if you're going for a smudged look, this will keep your eyeliner in place all day, whether you use liquid or pencil liner.

Fabulous Tip of the Day: Sun-kissed Glow
Today's Fab Tip:
"To make [bronzer] look natural,... go back over the bronzed areas with the same brush, though this time with some translucent powder. Swirl the brush around until there are no lines between the bronzed and unbronzed skin."
-- Taken from Lauren Conrad Beauty by Lauren Conrad, page 91.
This is an incredibly useful tip to prevent the look of a line of bronzer if you use a contour brush to apply it. You can use the same concept to blend bronzer and blush together if you apply too much of both, and this will give your face a very natural, sun-kissed flush.
